Description
• Business development/Inside sales role for IT Service and Software sales. IT Services sales in International Market is required. • Target Market will be International: Combination of US & Europe customer base. • Prospecting new customers and Lead Generation via cold calling, emailing, and Linkedin) • Set up Appointments or Meetings for next level of sales discussion. • Must achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets. • Report Sales Pipeline on weekly and monthly basis. • Adding and maintaining the list of new prospect databases. A database will be provided; however, the candidate will be expected to add new prospects independently. • Know and understand the assigned territory, buyer behaviour, and buying cycles. • Generate quality leads for closure. • Working with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals aligned with client discussions. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field • Proven track record of lead generation (outbound) in domestic & international geographies and achieving sales targets, with at least 9 years of experience in sales development or inside sales. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Excellent prospecting and qualifying skills • Ability to work independently and remotely with a strong work ethic • Excellent time management and organizational skills
