Your ability to inspire, adapt, and drive change will be critical to our success. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝟭. 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 • 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Lead by example, promoting Agile values and principles across the organization. Encourage teams to embrace change, adaptability, and continuous learning. • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Foster a collaborative environment where individuals and interactions take precedence over rigid processes and tools. 𝟮. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆: • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes. • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure performance and success. • Implement advanced data-driven tools and reporting practices. 𝟯. 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 • 𝗙𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱-𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Organize project rhythms through fixed-length iterations. Prioritize work items (features, bugs, enhancements) and allocate them to iterations based on priority. • 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: Measure progress by delivering functional and tested features. Involve stakeholders early to provide feedback and maintain project visibility. • Work with QA Manager and testing team to ensure thorough testing of modules/application/interfaces. 𝟰. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Develop and manage project timelines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various size projects. • Oversee the deliverables of cross-functional teams, vendors, and business resources. • Define requirements, estimate resources, schedule deliverables, budget and manage costs, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, assess and reduce risks, and adhere to agile methodology and quality processes. • Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. 𝟱. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: Prioritize delivering tangible business value consistently. Focus on product features that enhance customer satisfaction. • 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Conduct continuous planning at both release and iteration levels. Identify essential features for the project and break down complex tasks. 𝟲. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀: Build projects around motivated team members. Provide the environment, support, and trust they need to excel. • 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Embrace face-to-face conversations as the most efficient way to convey information within the team. 𝟳. 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 • 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Promote sustainable practices. Ensure a constant pace of work for sponsors, developers, and users. • 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Encourage a focus on technical excellence and good design. 𝟴. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁: Regularly reflect on team effectiveness and adjust behavior accordingly. Use retrospectives to fine-tune processes. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: • 10+ years in software development and delivery. • 5+ years in an agile leadership role. • Expertise in DevOps, AI, and data privacy. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). • Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision-making. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
