Challenge

Sinet Technologies, a technology consulting company, wanted an intranet-based solution to manage their employee leave tracking processes and improve operating efficiency of its human resources department. In the existing process, their managers lacked easy access to information on the vacation time still available for each person, as well as an effective means of viewing the overall vacation schedule for their departments. In addition to that, employees wanted to receive more timely responses on their leave requests and to be well informed of their current vacation allotment.

  • Using dashboard tool, each employee now has a customized view of vacation requests and activity based upon their needs. Each employee has immediate access to their own personal information related to vacations and their leave request status.
